JOINT VENTURE BUSINESS PROPOSAL FOR GOLD

With the understanding of the opportunity presented to REDCAB, REDCAB would like to enter into a J.V. agreement with a capable investor and take full advantage of this unique buy-sell program. (With the commodity being: GOLD)
This particular opportunity has been given to REDCAB on a 12 month contractual term. As it stands REDCAB has a monthly acquisition of 10kg of pure GOLD in nugget or bar form at the selling price of $42,000 per kg as of Jan. 30, 2012. With the understanding that only ground fees need to be paid to release the product into REDCAB’S possession or to be delivered to the U.S. destination of REDCAB’S choice. Having this opportunity allows REDCAB to obtain $420,000 worth of product on a consignment bases with the understanding that payment will be determined by the seller at a later date.
Within the JV agreement REDCAB will fly to Zambia to secure the product. REDCAB will handle the commodity from Zambia to the U.S. to further secure the safety of the GOLD. Once the product reaches the states, REDCAB will then secure safe transportation to G.R.C., our Dallas, TX based refinery. Here the GOLD will be tested and analyzed to confirm its quality. At the completion of G.R.C.’S quality control test REDCAB will then be paid U.S. market price in weight. (As of Jan. 27, 2012 U.S. GOLD prices closed at $55,889.25 per kg)
Entering into a JV agreement with Your Name, REDCAB is asking for a one time initial investment of $50,000. These said monies will be allocated towards the ground fees totaling $33,900 (as listed in the provided invoice) along with 2 round trip airline tickets to Zambia (one for Royce Dixon and one for our seller) and working capital.
Within our Buy-Sell agreement REDCAB has planned on duplicating our process once a month. REDCAB is proposing a 25% return for Dr. Ramsey Saffouri on the profits produced by this process each month. (Creating a residual check once a month over the 12 month contractual period)
For example sake:
Upon delivery and test, G.R.C. will pay REDCAB market price per kg of GOLD producing $520,000-$550,000. After payment of GOLD to our seller our profit margin stands at $100,000-$120,000. (This whole process should take about 10-14 business days) REDCAB agrees to pay Dr. Ramsey Saffouri 25% profit totaling around $27,000-$25,000. REDCAB plans to duplicate this process each month for the term of our contract totaling a profit gain of $324,000-$300,000 during the course of our agreement.

Getting Started

Getting started as a West at Home agent is simple. The first step is to submit the online application form. You should be able to finish the form in about 45 minutes.

After successful completion of the first two portions of the application process, you will be invited to complete additional screenings related to sales, customer service, and technical or financial concepts. When the applicable screenings are successfully completed, you will receive an offer of employment from West at Home. Once you accept the offer electronically, you are nearly ready to get started (phew)!

Earning Money
As an agent, you must successfully complete initial on-the-job training, as well as any new product or ongoing training so that you are prepared for your projects. West at Home provides paid training courses, which you can complete from the comfort of your home.
The company also provides a Performance Assessment Liaison (PAL). A PAL is your point of contact if you ever require support through training and call processing. West at Home wants you to feel comfortable when you are at work and believes in your ability to succeed.
Agents are responsible for receiving and processing various incoming phone calls for numerous clients. West at Home clients offer a variety of calling contracts, which are called “projects”. All projects are different and include a range of tasks:
Obtaining, entering and verifying customer information.
Answering questions, resolving technical issues and providing customer service.
Attempting to up-sell products and/or services.
Compensation is project-dependent, but payment schedules are typically offered based on per minute, per call or guaranteed per hour standard rates.
Getting Paid
West at Home agents are paid bi-weekly. Direct deposit and/or pay card options are available immediately. If total earnings are less than minimum wage, West at Home ensures that employee compensation is inflated in order to meet local minimum wage requirements.
